Zen garden at the Washington

Workers feverishly unloaded sand or concrete mix in the courtyard of the Washington today. What will become of the zen garden remains to be seen.

ltjbukem, for those of us who have not been consistent readers of the blog would you mind posting a little bit of your history with the Washington Condos? My impression is you were in contract and then backed out, right?

The amount of access you seem to have to the building is quite remarkable and I think you are certainly doing a service to buyers under contract wanting to know the status of their investment. Given the problems I would not blame you for cancelling your contract though.

I myself bought in a new condo and had to close based on nothing more than 45 minutes spent in the building; as it turned out my unit was fine but many others were not. It would have been great to have this level of detail prior to close!
