Ft. Greene real estate broker redesigning
At the southeast corner of South Oxford and Fulton is what looks like an old-time FG real estate broker. The storefront is located right next to One Greene Sushi. The few times that I've walked by, I haven't been struck by the amount of listings.Perhaps trying to change this, the storefront seems to be undergoing a renovation of some sort. Does anyone know? Perhaps they closed up shop and some other business is taking root?

That looks like the old storefront for Clinton Hill Real Estate. I used them to buy my co-op back in 1999. It was a small firm owned by a retired NYPD detective, but I thought they had gone out of business a while ago.
