any idea of when people will be moving in despite all the legal troubles?
your guess is as good as mine.
the good thing about this wait is that by the time people move in, the prices are going to be so cheap relative to other new buildings in prospect heights. I know that there is no way to buy a three bedroom for 625,000 any more (with two baths, balcony,) it's more like 850,000 now. that must be killing the developer. i'm sure he wishes everyone would drop out so he can raise the prices.. too bad Isaac......
