Pacific St. - critical mass of condos?
Down the block from the Washington Condos, Loading Deck Architects has a veritable monopoly on the condos being put up there. To the right is a view of a design at 957 Pacific St. (at Grand St).Another picture shows an aerial view of the current Pacific Blue project at 935 Pacific St.

I was curious about this building and its architect so i looked it up on the city's building info website:

It looks like Scarano was the original architect but got fired or something (thank god).
Looking at the new architect's website (www.loadingdock5.com) it seems that they are going to dominate that block. they've go new projects listed at 957, 904, 925, and 935 pacific street. wow.
