• A BBQ and ribs place is opening up in the place of the Cambodian Restaurant
• The yellow bodega to the left of La Bagel Delight will be a bar/nightclub
• Common's stylist is having a sale of all of Common's old clothing on Lafayette between Vanderbilt and Clinton today.
