Dim sum master has left World Tong

The dim sum impresario Joe Ng, formerly of Ocean Port Seafood, and more recently, of World Tong Seafood has been wooed away by mo money, apparently. He is now the dim sum chef at the much-lauded Chinatown Brasserie in Soho.

The sublime dim sum at World Tong has been much dissected at the Chowhound bboards.
