Lobby of the Washington Condos
Here's a peephole view of the lobby at the Washington Condos. This view looks in from Underhill towards Washington Ave. Note the aqua-colored dividers between the parking lot ramp and the walkway. It looks to be poured concrete on the floors.

the website renderings might be the lobby in the A building.
join the yahoo group for closing news. looks like it may be close and just waiting for the c of o approval.
so it looks like july closings will be likely.
The walls are frosted glass to the right and the floors are 30" x 30" stone tiles with a grid pattern to them.
