The Developers Group strikes gold
Most-disrespected brokers the Developers Group (perhaps as much as Aguayo & Huebener), has landed Vinegar Hill condo conversion 99 Gold Street.Much bandied about on curbed.com, this conversion was originally slated for rentals, but in an attempt to capture profits, they are now for sale.
Lucky owners will have the opportunity to play on the (out-of-scale) basketball court to your left.

You always seem to have some grudge about A&H. And it always seems to be a handfull of people that have something to say, just like everyother firm. I think you need be careful of slander.
Slander involes falsehoods. A&H is an AWFUL real estate brokerage. That is the truth.

That's funny my friends say the same thing about brooklyn properties. Get a life baldman. What is up with people posting remarks like that on blogs. It's evident to me now that this blog is a vehicle for slander against certain Brooklyn brokers. Not that I ever received any bit of useful info from here but, good riddance!!
