675 Sackett luxury unit having trouble selling
The penthouse unit we spoke about here is having some troubles finding buyers willing to ante up $1.295MM for the unit.
Recently they dropped the price to $1.249MM and now it is at $1.225MM.

I have the feeling the price needs to come down further, much further....
It is basically now configured as 1-BR with den.
I went to the opne house out of curiosity and it is a great place - no doubt.
But 1.25M for the privilige of living near 4th Avenue - no way.
you're right, it is pretty darn close to 4th ave, right?
i agree $1.25 is a lot..
doesn't the 'den' have its' own window?
i do know that it looks like the doors open onto the living room, which is a bit strange.
Yes - den has own windows - with these doors the 2nd bedroom is more an extension of the living room than a fully usable second bedroom. This set-up is not usable for families with childern....
