The Washington Condos update

Absent of any news or communication from the sponsor or from Aguayo & Huebener, we are forced to search archaic city records for a reason why the project might not be finished. Such conjecture, invalidated rumors and guesswork does no one any good, so hopefully this will spur the sponsor or marketer to open up the lines of communication.

The DOB site here lists 36 outstanding requirements and 3 outstanding objections. Interestingly enough, when you click on the outstanding objections, the last item says TOO NUMEROUS, TO MENTIONED (sic).

From what I gather, there are issues with fire alarm shutoff panels, elevator shutoff, garage not ready or finished.

Someone please shed some light.

those 3 objections seem to be for the 1st. floor which is mostly raw at this point. I'm wondering if the developer is truly going for a temporary c of o and start closing on the upper units or waiting for the permanent c of o when every thing is finished. We'll all be pushing up daisies if that is the case.

don't you just love pure conjecture at this point?

not sure if i agree. what about the column next to it, where it says floors 1-6, floors 1-5?

those could be the A building and B building, respectively.

who the f knows how to read these, anyhow?!!?!?

if you don't want conjecture, why do you ask about the DOB site which most people would have no idea how to interpret?
someone should call the developers attorney and find out what the f. is going on.

Do you think we are a bunch of idiots? Do you think we haven't called attorney's over and over again? No one has any answers for us. No one. Thats why we are looking over arcane documents for some info. If someone would do there job, this would not be an issue.

The paper is off the doors on the 1st floor that looks out on to Underhill (across from Tavern on Dean) and it looks really nice - good luck to all my new neighbors
