Washington Condos commercial space

Here are before and afters of the windows in the commercial space of 35 Underhill, about 4 months apart.

Does anyone know what is going to be there? Is it a medical condo space? If so, I think we can depend on this being empty for a long time.

The Greene House Condos on Carlton and Greene have a medical condo space also, which I believe is still vacant.
