399 Atlantic condo building on sale

The Brooklyn Eagle reports that a completed condominium building with commercial and residential space is on the market for $6.25MM via Massey Knakal. It is located on the corner of Atlantic and Bond. Most units are 570 square foot one bedrooms. Judging from the size, this would seem like a rental building.

why is this important?
Far too expensive. Rents cannot sustain this asking price.
I looked at the apts in this building. Really small, strange layouts and boilers in each apt. Closets were very shallow. Major cracks in the new poured concrete floor.
TOTAL CRAP. I saw all the apartments here when looking for a rental. The floors are CONCRETE, and yes, some are cracked. They have some ugly shiny finish on them I can just picture my dog and my toddler breaking their heads open running around. Whoever lives here will need orthotics and maybe a bike helmet just to chill in their crib. It was a berserk choice of "finishes" to say the least.
