This $630 per square foot represents, by our unscientific estimates, a highwater mark for Clinton Hill condos that hasn't been seen since June 2005. The last unit we saw in Clinton Hill going for this much was a unit at the Graham Condos that was asking $749K for an 1100 square foot unit (681 psf).
