Monday night mugging on Waverly and Lafayette
A poster on the yahoo groups listserv said that she was mugged on Monday night at 11:30pm on the corner of Waverly and Lafayette by a few female gang members. She was punched and her bag was taken. The cops were notified.

a couple weeks ago on waverly and dekalb a man was robbed, 2 men went up to him with a gun took his wallet and left, he reported it to the cops it was in daylight.
need to respond with deadly force instead of the usual liberal let them off for nothing approach
Waverly can be shady, simply because it's quiet and kind of secluded. I walk my dog past that mugging corner almost every night, late. I will now avoid!
