Park Place Condos on Flatbush
More interesting condos coming to market soon at Park Place and Flatbush. These aren't the cookie-cutter layouts you've come to expect these days. There are some huge units here, including a strange 1 bedroom, 2 baths that is more than 1500 square feet large. You don't see too much of these peculiarly-sized apartments these days. Check out this huge unit with great outdoor space.
Lots of the units have outdoor space also.
It will be interesting to see the pricing on these. The corcoran site says studios start at $409K, but these are most likely the 640 sq ft units on the first floor.

I asked Steve about this and this is what he said.
"I think blogger.com is run on servers run by blogger.com, so I don't think there's anyway to customize the software. But here's one suggestion I found on the blogger.com help pages:

I'd also suggest that he Google for "blogger.com comment spam" on the Web and on "Groups" and see what others have done."
