Resale at Shinnecock Condos in Park Slope

Back when the Shinnecock Condos were being marketed by Brooklyn Properties, we found them to be fairly priced. Located less than a block from the Greenmarket at Grand Army Plaza, these apartments were priced from $555K for 1200 sq ft 2 bedroms and 2 baths to $1.8MM for full floor 2500 sq ft 3 bed, 3 baths.

Now, for the first time, we have seen a resale from Aguayo & Huebener. The unit for sale is $899K for a 2 bed, 2 bath unit. We're not sure what floor it's on, so we don't know how much the lucky owner will be making on their investment.

But if you're so inclined, there's an open house tomorrow from 1 to 3PM.

Actually, The Shinnecock was marketed by Harbor View Realty. Brooklyn Properties had nothing to do with the project. They got a co-broke like everyone else. I wonder why they have it on their website like they had something to do with it. Kind of annoying...

...actually, The Shinnecock was pieced out and marketed by a number of different firms...the developer gave an unconventional floating exclusive to more than one firm.

I remember going to the open house and it was Harbor View Realty, I still have William Hendricks card. I got a call maybe 6 months later from about 4 different brokers. So it must have been a co-broke from Harbor View.
