Unchartered territory in Ft. Greene new residential

After digging more deeply on yesterday's scoop on the new ultra-luxe Ft. Greene condos on St. Felix Street, we found out some more tidbits. The kitchens are Poggenpohl and the fixtures are Dornbracht. Those design snobs out there, like us, will quickly come to the realization that this is unchartered territory for Ft. Greene new residential, much less Brooklyn.

Even the high-priced apartments in Dumbo are only being outfitted with the 'relatively' banal granite and Carrera marble fixtures and perhaps some requisite Kohler fixtures.

There are 3 units- garden w/ terrace for $1.2 or $1.3MM, the middle unit for $1.075MM and the penthouse for $1.5MM.
