More condos set for downtown Brooklyn

The Metrotech area will soon be home to 244 more condos. Set between Brooklyn Heights and Vinegar Hill, this new project will convert the former Verizon building into 244 market-rate condos.

This Art-Deco building was recently rezoned. Meridian Capital is providing the financing.
