The Portland on Fulton St. in Fort Greene

Although we always pass by this building, we never thought much about its' heritage. According to IBEC Living, this limestone is composed of four separate buildings that were built in 1900. Rents on available apartments are $2100 for 850 square feet 1 bedroom, 2 baths.

The IBEC Development team has traditionally rehabilitated unused buildings. The rehab of this building occurred in 1985 and 'spurred the revival of Fulton St.'
