Here's a novel idea - condo websites with construction progress photos
Here's an example of something that many developers and brokers out there may want to follow- websites that have very simple photos of construction progress. Macklowe Properties and Sunshine Group have teamed up to do just that for new condos being built at 310 East 53rd Street. On the site, there is a link on the lower right for photos of construction progress.
Couldn't be simpler and more appreciated by buyers, I would think.

FYI - I just saw about 4 Stanley Steamer trucks outside the Washington Condos yesterday - maybe this is the final clean up before showing them? Good luck
