70 Washington now officially co-brokering?

Back in the halcyon days of 70 Washington, potential buyers were shunned by Toby Klein and Two Trees, couldn't get in to see the model apartments without an appointment and were passed over even though their names had been on waiting lists.

Now, 70 Washington has resorted to co-brokering their loft units with other brokers, including kvny (who??) and Harbor View Realty. Has anyone else noticed that kvny has been hammering craiglist with their 70 Washington ads, to the tune of 20-25 ads a day? Talk about desperate.

What would Walentas and Toby Klein think about such riff-raff tactics?
