New construction condos in North Slope with a quality website
Here's another great website for new condos being built on St. Marks Pl in the North Slope. Being marketed by Brooklyn Properties, this is a renovated 4 unit townhouse ranging from 1,177 square feet to a 1,585 square foot duplex. Prices are in the $740-900K range. If they could price these units like this, I'm sure the folks from the Greene Scene could have done the same. No wonder that none of the 4 units are sold.
Developers and marketers of new residential buildings would be doing themselves a great favor by studying this site. Very detailed, great floor plans and guess what, a section for Construction Progress! Who'da thunk it?

Too bad ther aren't any photos in the construction progress page...HAHA
where is the long-awaited washington condo site???
I walked buy that building on St. Marks and the windows looked very weird, like there is too much brick between them on the side and below, it was very strange. Anyone else seen the actuall building?
