Clifton Pl condos in contract

The Corcoran website states that aforementioned condo is now in contract. I was doubtful on the $549K price but someone out there thought it was in the money.

Apparently the prices on the Washington Condominiums (ne 35 Underhill Condos) have been adjusted 10-15% so this ameliorates the hurt.
