New construction guidelines in NYC

Here's a very interesting .pdf document put out by the NYC Department of Housing and Preservation. It outlines the design guidelines for new construction. Of note is the size of a secondary bedroom - it should be a minimum of 110 square feet. Master BRs should be at least 130 square feet. By these standards, the second bedrooms in the GreeneHouse Condos just eke it out.
