Humongous drop in Greene House unit 3S
Unit 3S, with the huge 800 square foot terrace, is now priced to sell, for real this time.What started out at $825K and dropped to $699K is now an unbelievable $599K.
Won't someone buy this unit? What's wrong with it?

i believe there is a doorman there. a part-time one, at least.
There's a part-time...somebody there. Hard to tell if he's a super or a doorman. I always felt it was kind of a weird building. The interior construction quality looks subpar, considering how it was marketed when it first hit the market. Not shoddy, just cheap.
