Crain's NY Business started it off with a list of financially suspect buildings in Hakeem Jeffries' district.Andy Newman of the NY Times Local blog picked it up, as did brownstoner and curbed.

I'm on the condo board of 364 St Marks Ave: the building is fully occupied and financially healthy. Can you please remove from your Google Map? Thanks
actually my comment now just says condos in or near hakeem's district. it doesn't qualify the condo any further.
