Chop off another $20K off the list price of this 800 square foot 2 bed, 2 bath with 800 square foot terrace.This unit started out at $825K, moved to another broker for $829K, dropped to $775K to $719K and now to $699K. I'm still perplexed why this one hasn't sold yet...What's the market-clearing price on this one?
