On Prospect Park now officially affordable (yes, affordable)

All the early commentary on the new On Prospect Park projet leaned towards how overpriced they were and how there was a lack of affordable units. Well looks like Corcoran released a few more units today and one that strikes out is a fairly large 1,195 square foot 1 bed, 1.5 bath for a
bargain price of $790K. Sure, it faces the interior courtyard and may be lacking in natural light, but it does get you into the door of a Richard Meier building and all its' resplendent amenities at only $661psf.

Maintenance is still $1386 per month, though.

By contrast, another 1,105 square foot 1 bed, 2 bath is listing at $1.05MM. Although this one has a view of GAP.

I think the maintenance is way to high. and there's nothing affordable about $790K for a one bedroom.
