The NY Times takes on the Fulton St. Mall
Jen Bleyer of the NY Times pens an article on the city section regarding the future of the Fulton St. Mall. Long time citizens want it to stay the same, real estate brokers want Zara, Equinox health clubs and perhaps the Cheesecake Factory.
