Pacific Blue well on its' way
When we last checked in on the Pacific Blue condos, there was only a shell. Now, things are quite different.As stated on the architect's site, the two buildings are connected somehow-- whether through the back or underground, we're not sure.

nothing to do with the Pacific Blue but with the Washington. Just heard that the DOB is making the developers take out the mezzanines. This will be a huge delay. any more info from your end?
