New theater to rise in Ft. Greene

Today's article reports on the new Theater for a New Audience in Ft. Greene, across from the current BAM site.

Letitia James says : "Particularly at a time when arts and culture in our schools are being cut, welcome to Fort Greene."

This should concurrently raise real estate values while increasing vehicular (not always welcome) and pedestrian traffic.
