Brooklyn restaurants featured in NYT article on natural wines

One of our favorite restaurants, 360, in Red Hook garnered several mentions in Eric Asimov's article on natural wines in this article. To quote Asimov, natural wines are made with 'as little technological intervention as possible.' The whole process involves its' own ' producers, importers, distributors and retail outlets, all catering to a tiny but fervent band of consumers who prefer wines that taste alive. '

The owner of 360, Arnaud Erhart is quoted liberally. When dining there, I have always made a point of asking him for his suggestions. Mostly owning to my ignorance on wine, but also from a warning made on this Chowhound post, I have heeded his suggestions.

Note that Ici on Dekalb Avenue is also mentioned as a place that serves natural wines.
