More new Prospect Heights condo developments

Noticed this on the Developers Group site today. It looks like someone may have bought an old townhouse and gutted it and rehabbed it into perhaps a 4-6 unit condo. Prices seem to be bordering on the wishful thinking, as this development is located on Prospect Place between Grand and Classon.

No mention of what type of appliances there are, although the pictures makes it look like the standard GE stainless suite.

The layouts seem strange, as one 1395 sq ft unit has 1 bedroom and 1.5 baths, while the smaller 1274 sq ft unit has 2 bedrooms and 3 baths. Go figure.

Units are in the range of $375-440 per square foot. It's rivaling those of the Washington Condos, but a bit higher.
