360 restaurateur in Red Hook answers back

A while back on Chowhound, this thread came up on the owner of 360, our favorite Red Hook bistro. Apparently, the writer thought that Arnaud, the owner, got offended if you didn't ask him for his opinion on choosing a wine. One day I was searching the board for this thread but couldn't find it. I posted a request for the link, but eventually found it.

Turns out that Arnaud reads the Chowhound board, as his reply here shows!

So the next time you post about your experience at a restaurant, you may assume that the owner is reading it also!
