u read my mind..this week's report is on 60tiffany...
i can't wait.
i couldn't make it to the open house. but my gf did and she told me how inefficient the process was and how unhelpful the seller's reps were. i think the prices are a bit higher than i would like them to be (but on par with other condos on tiffany) but the taxes are exorbitant.. making them less desirable.
i've been trying to get more info on the other new development on carroll and columbia, but up til now, i've just been given the runaround. do you have any info that i don't?
