The Washington Condo owners to get free lunch

Brownstoner's post today on the 98 St. Mark's project from Aguayo & Huebener resulted in a few comments from someone named BREUKELEN, who is most likely a broker from Aguayo & Huebener.

Apparently, a model unit/sales office will be set up soon for the Washington and all current persons in contract on a unit will be treated to a tour and free luncheon! Only time will tell whether A&H will have its' act together and everyone will actually get a call.

Apparently, A&H is taking a cue from Two Trees' in providing free meals.
