Elliman sets its crosshairs on Brooklyn

The Elliman website has upgraded its' search function to include specific parts of Brooklyn, as opposed to before where Brooklyn was one entity.

They don't seem to have that many listings, but it is a harbinger of things to come. One interesting listing is this 2200 sq ft loft in the Clocktower building. Granted, it's on the 2nd floor, I think, but $630 a square foot is alright.
