Precipitous drop at Greene House penthouse unit

The penthouse unit at the Greene House Condos, formerly listed by Minsky, was handed over to Halstead in late September and listed at $1.875MM. Apparently that wasn't the magic number, as the price has now been lowered to a low $1.69MM.

Is this the market-clearing price? If not, at what price??

Halstead has purchased Harbor View Realty

The Real Deal reports that Halstead has purchased Harbor View Realty. In fact, the Harbor View Realty website no longer loads.

Greene House penthouse now with Halstead

Our Greene House tipster has let us know that the condo that Minsky couldn't sell is now being listed with Halstead for $1.875MM, the same price it ended up at with Minsky.
