NYT's The Hunt features Fort Greene condo conversion

Joyce Cohen's The Hunt features a guy who moved from Chelsea to a brownstone condo conversion at 325 Carlton Avenue. It was marketed by Aguayo & Huebener and consisted of two triplex units, for which the subject of the article paid $1.1MM for a 2000 square foot space.

Cohen's columns usually contain a few interesting tidbits and this one is no different; he met his ex-wife at the Burning Man festival. After they moved to a rental in Clinton Hill, she divorced him.
